Farming in the media: 'We need more positive stories'

Rural Exchange 13/05/2018

It can sometimes be hard for Kiwi farmers to keep their chin up when confronted with their portrayal in the media.

Matt Wyeth from Spring Valley Enterprises explained that many are fleeing their farmland because the pressure and stress is becoming too much.

He says the media needs to make an effort and a change towards telling more positive stories from farmers.
