Anzac biscuit sundaes

A quick and easy 4 ingredient dessert to pop together, celebrating the flavours of our Kiwi classic, Anzac biscuits!

Serves 6 Prep Time 10 Minutes Cook Time n/a

Ingredients 

  • 13 Anzac Biscuits
  • Ice cream of your choice (we love Dairyworks Salted Caramel Cheesecake)
  • Caramel sauce (we love Delmaine)
  • Coconut threads

Method

  1. Into 6 sundae glasses, crumble one Anzac biscuit into each. 
  2. Top with a scoop of ice cream, drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with coconut.
  3. Repeat the steps, and finish with a light sprinkle of 1 last biscuit. Serve immediately.
