Cameron McGregor joins Stephen McIvor to discuss Wednesday's confirmed sale of the Warriors.
McGregor believes the sale of the team to the Auckland Rugby League was a clean sale that suited the team’s desire for stability.
However the sale is now being considered controversial, as it was chosen over pre-existing offers.
The change in ownership has also been met with controversy after the ACL claimed they would not be making any “radical changes “following the formal acceptance of their bid.
On RadioLIVE, McGregor discussed the organisations plan to cull the club’s U-20 team.
The Warriors have experienced their share of successes in the U-20 grade, having won it on three separate occasions.
But the division has been on a steady decline in regards to popularity for a number of seasons.
