The best breakfast is your dinner
By Lee-Anne Wann
We have become accustomed to consuming cereals, toast, jam, pastries and other carbohydrate based foods for breakfast which are often not our best choice if we wish to feel great, have focus and increased concentration.
I am a big advocate of eating what I would have for dinner, so meat with some vegetables or nuts as these foods affect the chemical messengers of the brain promoting greater concentration, focus and actually can help you make better food choices throughout the day.
Give it a try!
