1 cup sesame seeds 1 cup sunflower seeds 1 cup pumpkin seeds 1 cup sliced almonds 1 cup long thread coconut 6 cups rolled oats 1/2 cup canola oil 2 cups of honey
Preheat oven to 110C. Grease a large shallow baking tray.
In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients together.
In a saucepan melt the honey and oil together then stir into the dry ingredients.
Mix well and spread the mixture onto the baking tray.
Bake approx 1 hr (until pale brown in colour) giving it a stir every 20 mins or so.
Leave to cool then break it up and keep in airtight container.
You can add dried cranberries to serve... optional.
