Jacinda Ardern offered $3 million of taxpayer money for helping Manus refugees, after Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull again refused the initial offer for New Zealand to take 150 refugees.
According to Newshub, Ms Ardern says she'll be an 'irritant' to Mr Turnbull on the Manus situation.
