Scrambled eggs may be a cooking staple, but are yours as good as a top chef’s?
The AM Show’s Aziz Al-Sa'afin was wandering around the Auckland Food Show on Friday, where he met foodie Jess Daniel from Jess’ Underground Kitchen.
Ms Daniel was cooking up a storm in her corner of the Show just ahead of breakfast. Her secret ingredient for top notch scrambled eggs? Butter.
“It will taste so much better,” she told The AM Show.
Ms Daniel then poured a small dish of melted butter into the eggs before putting them into into the pan.
Ms Daniel also recommends lining the pan with butter, rather than oil.
