Friday Night Cocktail: Cointreau Fizz

Here is MermaidMary's Friday night cocktail, Cointreau Fizz:

Ingredients:
30mls Cointreau
15 mls Fresh Lime
4-5 Strawberries
3 Fresh Mint Leaves
50mls Soda Water

Method:
Muddle the strawberries and mint leaves in the bottom of shaker
Add the Cointreau & the lime juice
Add Ice & shake
Strain into a goblet filled with ice
Top with Soda Water
