Friday Night Cocktail by MermaidMary.

The MermaidMary Cocktail is from the team at Wild Turkey, who are bringing a taste of Kentucky to Auckland by hosting the Wild Turkey Heritage Sessions at the base of the Sky Tower from August 17th - 25th. The Wild Turkey Apple & Rye

Ingredients:                

30mls Wild Turkey Rye
100mls Fresh Granny Smith Apple Juice
10mls Fresh Lemon Juice
5mls Caramel Syrup, (you can make your own caramel syrup with water, sugar & sea salt but its just as easy to buy some).

Method:

Fill a tall glass with ice, (or for the authentic serve in a copper mug).
Add Wild Turkey Rye, fresh Granny Smith apple juice, fresh lemon juice and caramel syrup.
Stir with a spoon
Garnish with lime
Serve
