1 cup coconut milk
¼ cup oats
1 Tb flaxseed meal
1 tsp chia seeds
2 Tb almond butter
Pop all ingredients into a blender and blend for 1 minute. Then add your favourite flavourings and blend for another minute e.g.:
banana and coffee for a morning boost
- spinach, ginger and mint for a refreshing green smoothie hit
- berries and raw cacao for an afternoon sweet treat
