There’s nothing better than fresh fish combined with seasonal herbs from the garden.
- 500g firm white fish fillets
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 jar Valcom Thai Spicy Basil and Garlic Stir Fry Paste
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- pinch of sugar
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves
- 1 lime, quartered
Dust the fish with the flour.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and pan fry the fish until golden and cooked through.
Spoon over the basil and garlic paste, oyster sauce, fish sauce and sugar.
Add a tablespoon of water to the pan as well.
Simmer for a minute or two before removing from the heat and serving garnished with coriander leaves and wedges of lime.
