The final report into the mysterious disappearance of Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 has been released with no final conclusions.

The plane vanished while carrying 239 people en route from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing in March 2014.

Paul Weeks, a Kiwi, was one of those who lost their lives on that infamous flight. His wife Danica told RadioLIVE Drive the report is disappointing.

“I know I shouldn’t be surprised. I knew it was going to be the end of it but I thought 1500 pages there’s got to be something in there.

“I’m just saddened at the moment, deflated I suppose that this has brought nothing,” Mrs Weeks told RadioLIVE.

Mrs Weeks says she was hoping the report could shed a “little snippet” of information as to what happened to MH370 and her husband.

“We live this every day and constantly look for something that’s going to say this is what happened. Logically, it’s a Boeing 777 – a commercial airplane – and you can’t understand how it can just go missing off the face of the earth.

“I maybe deluded but when you live through this you hold onto every little piece of information,” she said.
