The daughter of a woman hit and killed by a speeding disqualified driver wants more done to stop repeat offenders.
Caroline Boyd was minutes from her Paekakariki home when Nathan Lyon, a seven times suspended driver, struck her in a fish tailing Mazda RX7. A car he shouldn't even have been driving.
He was jailed for two years and four months.
