Annabelle White: Cheats Shortbread

If you want something scrummy, but dont want to spend hours in the kitchen , check out this awesome and easy recipe!


  • 125g butter
  • 125g sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 250g flour
  • 1tsp baking powder


Beat sugar and butter.

Add egg and beat into mixture. 

Mix in flour and baking power.

Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Once chilled, roll out and shape. 

Bake at 180 degrees until golden.
