Managing ADHD with micronutrients
University of Canterbury’s Clinical Psychologist Professor Julia Rucklidge has just returned from Boston where she’s been speaking on her research on managing ADHD with micronutrients.
Julia took 93 medical free children aged between 7-12 with ADHD and split them into two groups - one was given micro nutrients for 10 weeks the other group was given a placebo - she joined Carly to talk about her findings.
