Get the up-to-date intel on where the fishing is hot in the Hauraki Gulf as we roll into autumn.

Huge schools of anchovies are being herded into the shallows by ravenous kahawai & kingfish as winter approaches.

Kabura style jigs are still the favourite lure. Be prepared for a tussle as snapper fight like demons in the shallows and there’s always the chance of a king sized ambush.
