This week's cocktail is a Black Forest Manhattan. Partly because it is perfect for this time of year, but mainly because Wendyl loves Rye.
25ml Sweet Vermouth
10ml Creme de Mure
4 drops Chocolate bitters
Stir over ice and strain into a chilled Martini glass or over large cubes of ice in a rocks glass.
Finish with a brandied Cherry.
