Tipperary Cocktail

As the song says "It’s a long way to Tipperary", that is of course unless you are in Midleton, Cork, where Jameson is produced (Tipperary is the county just north of Cork) this delicious Jameson cocktail is just the tipple for St Patricks Day & is pretty simple to make.

Just take:
50 ml Jameson Black Barrel
20 ml Sweet Vermouth
7.5 ml Green Chartruese

Add all of the ingredients together, stir with ice. Strain into a short glass and garnish with lemon peel or a sprig of thyme and Beannachtaí na Féile Pádraig oraibh! (That's happy St Patrick's Day in Irish)
