MermaidMary's cocktail of the week: Aperol Spritz

If there is a drink that is so hot right now it's the Aperol Spritz, yup orange is the new much so that the Spritz has been given its own pop-up on the deck at Ostro. Head on down for your own slice of Italian heaven.

The Aperol Spritz: is as easy as 3-2-1

3 Parts (90mls) Prosecco (to be a true Spritz it must be prosecco!)
2 Parts (60mls) Aperol
1 splash of Soda water

Serve in a large wine glass with a slice of orange for garnish
