1 cup peas
1 garlic clove
1/4 cup herbs (basil, mint, coriander)
1/4 cup olive or avocado oil
Salt and Pepper
Whizz and serve with crusty bread
1 eggplant - roasted in the oven
1/4 cup tahini
2 Tbs oil
1/2 tsp cumin
1 lemon, juiced
1/2 tsp sea salt
Blitz and serve with crusty bread
