This refreshing gin-based cocktail comes from The Whiskey, an Auckland bar in Ponsonby that offers live music four days a week and well-crafted cocktails.
Sloe Gin Fizz
- 45mls Sloe Gin
- 5-10mls egg white
- 30 mls lemon juice
- Dash of sugar syrup
- Dry shake (shake without ice) the sugar syrup & egg white
- Add ingredients to shaker with ice
- Add sloe Gin
- Shake & dump into a short glass
- Garnish with whatever you want (The Whiskey used a cherry)
