This week’s cocktail is from the team at 1Above, who will be at the Takapuna Food and Wine Fest this weekend.
The original 1Above is the jetlag prevention drink you buy at airports but they have released a new range of 500ml electrolyte drinks that are lower in sugar.
How to make Ginger Flower:
- 30 mls Herradura Silver Tequila
- 15 mls St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 30 mls Cranberry & Ginger 1Above Energy
- 15 mls freshly squeezed lime
- 15 mls sugar syrup
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 cm fresh ginger
Add all ingredients to a boston shaker and shake & double strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with crystallised ginger & an elderflower.
