A quick and easy 4 ingredient dessert to pop together, celebrating the flavours of our Kiwi classic, Anzac biscuits!

- 13 Anzac Biscuits
- Ice cream of your choice (we love Dairyworks Salted Caramel Cheesecake)
- Caramel sauce (we love Delmaine)
- Coconut threads
- Into 6 sundae glasses, crumble one Anzac biscuit into each.
- Top with a scoop of ice cream, drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with coconut.
- Repeat the steps, and finish with a light sprinkle of 1 last biscuit. Serve immediately.
