There is going to be risk - Jacinda Ardern
A paper detailing the Pike River re-entry options will be presented to cabinet today.
Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern told The AM Show this morning that government are going to work with the families and give it all they’ve got to get into Pike River.
“If we hit road blocks they’re going to know about it and that’s because safety has been their number one priority as well and it’s ours too. So if we find that there are issues we’ll work through them together but it is a commitment we’ve made.”
The Prime Minister also spoke about the Manus Island refugee and paid parental leave.
