Devastating kiwifruit PSA outbreak sees court at last
Seven years after the devastating PSA-V outbreak which decimated the kiwifruit industry in New Zealand, 212 kiwifruit claimants will finally get their day in the High Court in August.
They argue the Ministry for Primary Industry knew about the prevalence of the disease overseas and wasn't stringent when it came to imported pollen.
