How to take the stress out of cooking for a crowd
Food is almost always better when it's shared, but that final joy doesn't take the stress out of the experience.
Food evangelist Vanessa Baxter has just released her new book The Fearless Kitchen, full of meals to be cooked communally and eaten with friends and family.
As well as recipes, it also has some advice on how to make your meal less stressful, she told Duncan Garner.
"It's about inspiring you to get into the kitchen with other people for every recipe," she said.
