The Queen's Service Medal is a medal awarded by the government of New Zealand to recognise and reward volunteer service to the community
First Miles talked to Carrol Browne from Fox Glacier about her work and finding out that she made the list for “services to the community.”
Miles also talked to Diane Nutsford from Timaru about working with people who have Alzheimer's and getting on the New Year’s Honours list for “services to people with Alzheimer's and Dementia.”
