Annabelle White: Sally Wise's easy quiche
- 125g grated cheese
- 125g cubes ham
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon French mustard or whole seed
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- A little chopped onion or chives
- 1/4 -1/3 cup cream
- Salt and pepper
Mix together all ingredients and store in the fridge.
Use refrigerated mixture to fill rolled puff pastry in patty tins when visiting guests arrive.
Bake at 180 degrees on the lower rack of your oven untill golden brown.
Leave to set and do not over cook as they will be dry.
