Helping Kiwi's make their mark
Trudi talks to Rachel Grunwell, an ambassdor for the Achilles charity, that helps disabled athletes to participate in mainstream sporting events. She recently helped take a team of Kiwis to the USA to compete in the New York Marathon.
Rachel isn't just an advocate for the charity and has multiple tools in her belt. She is an Award-winning writer, a columnist, multi-marathoner, yoga teacher, blogger and a mum.
She talks to Trudi about the Marathon, and the amazing commitment and contributions from those she ran with- including members of the team who hand cycled and ran 42 kilometers without sight.
