On the 8th February 1997 Stephen Lawrence Anderson went on a killing spree in the small north island town of Raurimu. Six people lost their lives that day and others were wounded as they tried to flee the gunman. He killed six people including his own father and wounded four before he fled into the bush. Ryan Bridge spoke to Retired Detective Sergeant Derek Webb was there at the scene in Raurimu in 1997 and arrested one of this country’s worst mass murderers.
