We’ve all heard of dairy free cheeses, milk substitutes but what about lab raised meat?  There’s a growing movement towards more eating more of a plant based diet - not just for our own health but the health of the planet.

Carolyn Enting from Good Magazine joined Carly to look at the benefits of plant based eating and share some of her vegan recipes.

It’s that time of year again, when the country’s, and the world’s, finest comedians put their best foot forwards for the NZ International Comedy Festival. Urzila Carlson is one of New Zealand’s favourite adopted daughters and she has a brand new show in the festival called Loser.

While working on the Austin in the garage Jacqui Madeline joined Carly to talk about how she’s had a people mover this past fortnight; a Honda Odyssey, luxurious, practical, but people movers don't sell in droves even though they're arguably easier to live with than an SUV.
