MermaidMary's cocktail of the week: The Beekeeper's Blossom

This week’s MermaidMary cocktail comes from the team at the Glass Goose on Federal Street.  This beautiful bar is styled on a glass house and the massive deck is made for sunny days.  Enjoy this cocktail while looking up at the majestic Sky Tower reaching into the Auckland sky

The Beekeeper's Blossom:

  • 30ml Aperol
  • 30ml egg white
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 20ml gin
  • 20ml honey and clove syrup (made by infusing hot water, cloves, sugar & honey)

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake 
  2. Add ice and shake again
  3. Double strain into a chilled Martini Glass
  4. Garnish with bitters & rosemary
