The robot cleaning up Chicago's rivers can be controlled by you at home

Long Lunch 07/06/2018

A team of environmental clean-up experts from the United States have made the world’s first user-controlled ‘trashbot’.

It’s a robot that can be entirely controlled by anyone, anywhere in the world.

George Brigandi, John Stewart and Sam Reid from Urban Rivers joined Wendyl Nissen on The Long Lunch to discuss the creation of Chicago’s Wild Mile, which will be the first-ever mile-long floating eco-park in the world.

To have a go at driving the trashbot, head to urbanriv.org
