I would love to be full body scanned. In fact I would like to be rotated in three dimensions while the scanning process takes place, just to make sure. Anything to ensure I don't fall out of the sky at 38,000 ft in a firey, screaming hell.

In the highly unlikely situation of me picking terrorists from a world-line up, gosh some people have some bizarre methods of describing their point, I would just point to the first six innocent people I saw and say "them" in a really half-hearted fashion. I see your point, but I refuse to vindicate people on the basis of what they look like - ethnicity is no indication of religion, religion is no indication of mind-state and mind-state is the only thing that can make someone strap a bomb to themselves and blow up a plane. When I sit next to anyone on a plane the last thing I think is "this guy could be a terrorist" - no matter what their colour or creed. That's what the media and the terrorists want me to do: live in a state of fear, where I actually have thoughts like that. I'm not denying there are nuts out there, but if I find myself under such attack, there would be very little I could do about it, so why spend life worrying in the meantime? Agree with ya last paragraph bro...

ok gareth if we lined up all the diffrent ethnic groups of the world and were told to pick 6 diffrent groups that you think would be most likley to blow up a plane or strap a bomb to there body and then blow it up...come on tell me who YOU think you would include in that list so how many white ethnic groups made your list man?

and the IRA cant make that list anymore and anyway there beef was only with England...these groups nowdays have a war on everyone who is an infidel

So when you sit next to a white fulla on the plane do you rearly i mean rearly think this guy could be a terrorist..and if you do then we should have had full body scaners a long time ago.


And gareth there is three groups in my life White,Maori and then the rest! lol na just pulling ya leg bro im for everyone that is an underdog because i beleive with such strength in my heart that all humans are equal and have a right to live there lives as they see fit as long as they do not harm another...At the end of the day we are all brothers and sisters on this little plant in this little solar system in this f**kin huge universe

Not a problem with me. I am seldom found in the Netherlands or Nigeria. If they bring it in here, I'll probably move on, which would be exciting for me and give me a chance to experience another corner of the world.

Whitey - You state that details such as phone records, name association, bank records etc can be traced - doesn't that mean there is no need to racially profile people when they approach the airport body scanners then? If they have all the details upon approach to the scanners, they wouldn't need to scan every brown person as they approached as you hinted at in your original post - would they? As for 7/7, 3 were of Pakistani and one was of Jamaican origin - so two different ethnicities - you write as though the world is made up of only two: white and the rest. The Christmas Day guy, which I said before, was a West African Nigerian. Another ethnic group altogether. Believe me, Whitey, I am just saying it as I see it, and I certainly ain't no PC freak either!

@Gareth...so you think security agencys dont racial profile. So you do have eastern ties which can easerly be traced in this tech time that we live in and it can quite easerly be found out by a background check of phone records, name assoiation, bank records, travel history and more...to access how much of a risk you pose to the security of a nation... How do you think these terriorist people were put on a damb list anyway...i mean if the govt thinks anyone from any race is a terrorist in this war on terror then no one would be caught look at the facts people if we saw there terriorist lists then one would see that a few main ethnic groups with ties to a few main countries were responsible for 90% of the attacks and i bet your bottom dollar that the white ethnic group aint on that list..im not being racist just looking at the facts...this latest attempt at christmas tell me where was he from and what ethnic group did he belong to and the same for 911 and the same for the us ships that got attacked years ago the us has being racial profiling these people a long time ago to asertain who and where they come from and then you have the sleeper cells that virtualy go un detcted untill they strike where do all these people come from...NZ???

again they have to racial pfofile people to find out where the majority of attacks are comming from and what ethnic group is to be watched...So tell me what ethnic group did the 7/7 bombers in england belong to were they white or were they another group...And i know there is interbreeding in this world which in my eyes is the greatest thing since sliced bread cus in a thousand years we will all be one race and no one in this world can be a racist bastard anymore cus at the moment the world is full hones who behind closed doors hate the whites and in the public eye has no problem with them im glad he spoke his mind in his e mail cus it allowed me to see his true underlying feelings towards his white brothers but to put all white people in the same boat as the crown(where his fight rearly lies) was a bad choice of words at the time,...So we now live in a world that feels wrong to racial profile people like what is the biggest ethnic group in our jails?...white? i dont think so and now for pointing out that FACT it gives someone the right to call me racist..wrong
