World's biggest burger claimed by Aussie Café
The owner of a Sydney restaurant says he has set a world record by making a 210 pound hamburger.
Joe El-Ajouz, owner of Ambrosia On The Spot, spent 24 hours making the burger and used 178 pounds of beef mince and 120 eggs. It required four men to flip on the grill.
For topping, Joe used 16 tomatoes, 120 slices of cheese, four pounds of lettuce, a pound of barbecue sauce and a 46 pound bread bun.
The United States previously held the world record, with a burger weighing in at 185 pounds.
