Witch gets a huge response to keep her job - Audio

Bosses at Wookey Hole Caves are fuming after discovering this morning that their famous £50k salaried Witch of Wookey Hole has been moonlighting at the X Factor Cardiff Auditions. The Witch was the runner-up at last year’s Witch Auditions held at Wookey Hole Caves. She took up the position after the winning Witch was sacked for asking for more money. Up to now she has been meeting and greeting visitors whilst being paid a generous £50k. Bosses learnt of this unauthorised moonlighting in today’s national press. Daniel Medley, Director of Wookey Hole Caves, said: ‘I was genuinely shocked when I saw our Witch in the papers, she was even wearing her Wookey Witch costume! And to think she may have taken a day’s sick leave as well to attend the audition, this is just totally unacceptable and we are considering disciplinary action’.
