I truly do hope that anybody but NZ wins this wretched world cup. I am so sick of hearing about the damn thing. The all blacks do tend to be rather arrogant and I think they will lose the plot by 2011.

Mate, we might as well hope that a team of leprechauns wins so we can steal their pot of gold. The English winning a Cup down here? Not a chance.

I'd prefer NZ to win but it annoys me that booze merchandising is associated with our team. Re. the economy, financial considerations would not be a reason to wish a team other than the All Blacks to win.

Careful, don't encourage the Government to hire a team of analysts to work this one out - might already be too late.
