Often we lose focus and motivation for our exercise and nutrition plans because we see little or no results which is understandable, but understanding what happens to the body can help manage the initial process and keep you on track.
Some people are simply slower to respond than others. In my case it is at least two weeks before I see any change as it takes time for the body to respond to new stimulus and nutrition. Basically I have to wait it out for two weeks and, then overnight things start to happen.
With larger people this can be up to 8 weeks – it does not mean things are not happening.
