If its necessary to include an Aussie flick, take out Moulin Rouge and replace with The Proposition. I'd rate No Country for Old Men over Three Burials although Tommy Lee Jones directed and starred in the latter.
I gave up on Moulin Rouge, rare for me to leave a film, as thought it was complete rubbish.Man on Wire, THE film of the decade
