Whale shark the size of a bus found in Pakistan
A bus-sized shark has been hauled ashore on Karachi, Pakistan.
The 12m long whale shark required the use of cranes to lift it onto dry land before it was sold for 1.7 million rupees (just under NZ$23,000).
Locally, there have been mixed reports on how and when the shark died.
The threatened fish, the largest found in the sea, have a reputation of being gentle towards humans, with plankton being their primary source of food.
