Welcome to the show! This is going to be an international and interesting weekend when it comes to food, culture and gardening!

Helen's in Thailand this week learning more about the local culture and food. I'm sure there will be loads to talk about next weekend on her return.

I think I'm turning Japanese, I really think so... Sachie Nomura from the hugely popular "Sachie's Kitchen" joins us in studio talking living, eating, breathing Japanese.

I'm wild! Wild about the idea of creating a wild flowering garden for spring. I found an expert to shed some very colourful light on the topic.

Pop ups! Not toaster tarts, but dining experiences. Grant Allen from "Cook" and celebrated food columnist keeps me company on Saturday, keeping Helen's seat warm till she returns. Such a foodie, he'll tell you what's coming up from 6am.

Hi Tony,listened to you yesterday on air and you spoke about rose planting which i found very helpful. I am going to plant three lovely hans christian anderson roses soon,they are a very rich red. What would you suggest as a ground cover beneath we live in the Hastings Havelock Nth area. Cheers Therese.
