ANZAC BISCUITS
Jane gave this recipe:
1 cup of flour, 1 cup rolled oats, 1 cup desiccated coconut, a small cup of sugar, 4 oz butter, 2 tsps golden syrup, 1 tsp baking soda in 1 tbs of hot water. Pour the latter into the dry ingredients, roll the balls and give them 25 minutes in a moderate oven.
