Ingredients3 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
2 kumara, peeled and thinly sliced
1 cup Tomato pasta sauce
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
1 cup Greek yoghurt
2 eggs, lightly whisked
MethodPreheat oven to 180 C.
Arrange sliced potato and kumara over the base of an oven proof dish. Pour over tomato sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella.
Combine the yoghurt and eggs and pour over.
Bake until golden brown and bubbling.
