VIDEO: Vietnamese traffic cop clings to bus windscreen - Video

A daring Hanoi traffic cop climbed aboard a bus windscreen and held on for dear life for nearly a kilometre after the driver tried to avoid a ticket. Traffic police 2nd Lt Nguyen Manh Phan ordered the bus to pull over when the driver allegedly refused to show his paperwork. Phan then climbed aboard the front of the bus, holding on to the windscreen wiper, feet placed upon the licence plate. A colleague shot this video, as the bus got up to speeds of 50 km/h. The driver was arrested for acting against public officials and could spend 3 years in prison.
