take this as one example,but mind you not all human being have a same antibody.I'm 54 years old.now facing the same problem like sonia..my knee give me a problem,because i work it out to much during my youth days.believe me i do lots more then running on the beach and track and swimming and at this age i'm in pain (knee problem) pls advice.
I have recently taken up running on the beach barefoot at weekends and have noticed a remarkable reduction in the fat stored around my waist. This is said to be where fat storage is most dangerous, so I think I may keep on running on the beach...
very interesting. I consider myself fairly fit (but never skinny). Got into running because i had played squash for years and had tennis elbow. In 3 years its ruined my knees. Just had op on both knees. Vow not to go back to jogging (and im talking about 2-3 times per week - and only 5-8km each jog), and will work on weights etc. by the way, never lost much, but always hungry after running! love ya show. Miss your TV progs .. whens the next?
