Business commentator Bernard Hickey tells RadioLIVE's Marcus Lush the New Zealand dollar jumped 1 USc after new Reserve Bank Governor Graeme Wheeler held the OCR at 2.5% as expected and suggested he wasn't interested in cutting the rate any time soon. The rest of the economy may be struggling but our biggest bank, ANZ, just reported a record annual profit of NZ$1.4 billion.
