Well the Invercargill paper is reporting that if a similar size earthquake hit Invercargill the city would be rubble as very few old buildings there are earthquake strengthened.
Six out of ten Christchurch homes are damaged. What a catastrophe. And that beautiful church at Hororata – what a tragedy.
