Is Mila the Franklin Zoo elephant worth finding a new home for?
The sister of the Franklin Zoo keeper who lost her life in April thinks so.
Zoo trustee Jenny Chung told Michael Laws "We believe, and Helen believed, that she is worthy of having a chance of living her life out with other African elephants".
Ms. Chung's sister Dr Helen Schofield was killed when she tried to comfort Mila earlier this year. The zoo is now trying to raise $1.4million so that Mila may be saved.
RadioLIVE's Marcus Lush thinks that Mila should be saved.
