The prevalence rates of neurodevelopment disorders amongst youth offenders are ‘sky high’, Principal Youth Court Judge Andrew Becroft told the 2016 Neurodisabilities Forum in Wellington today. James talk with Guy Pope-Mayell, Dyslexia Foundation Chair-of-Trustees who says the significant cross sector participation and discussions indicated a potential tipping point, but to tip would require strong government leadership.
