What ways,answer the question Collins.
Age is a concept, try mental iq adaptability?,dunno what that is but it sounds good.
What about the funding to train people in prison into "quailified"courses, then they get told to fxxx-off by employers.Collins is not qualified to make a decision required in Corrections/Ministry of Justice & vise versa so why are employers doing this after being given dubious information.
Who is quailified to pass that info-on & who is qualified to use it?.
The system refered too allways fails as it relies on too many MPs interfering with it when they dont know what there doing, take the responsability Collins for your own muck-ups,indeed you should be funding out of your own pocket if your that sure it works.
